OTBI Heatmap Issue

Description (Required): The Out-of-the-box Risk Heatmap provided is having issues related to colour segregation, where the colours are overlapping with each other, not consistent with Risk Rating and is difficult to understand. Additionally, the plotting on the matrix is overlapping, as a result risk items with same risk rating are stacked up on each other and are not visible.
Here, we have plotted 10 items on the matrix, but only 3 bubbles are visible. Rest are all overlapped.
