Description (Required):

Currently, in OAS, the email report functionality sends the report data in the body of the email/as an attachment. We would like to be able to send a link to the OAS report in the email body instead of it being in the email itself.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Given the sensitive nature of our data, and for security reasons, we need to be able to send a link that will direct the user to the OAS report, where they will log into OAS to see the report using their credentials.

Hi.

From agents / report job instead of report you can send the URL for the dashboard / BI Publisher report.

In dashboard, we have a feature to create bookmark link - that link can be use for sharing.

In BI Publisher, we have feature to share report link. Generate the link with / without parameter values.

Use the URLs and share using analysis & agent.
