Description (Required):We need an OTBI subject area to view approval workflow for project cost journals. Only option right now is to use front end screen Manage Expenditure Batches

Use Case and Business Need (Required):This would help us efficiently produce the workflow data for approvals within an OTBI report. If we can combine with other project subject areas to show transaction detail from Actual Costs Real Time along with workflow, that would be ideal
