Description (Required):
We are having 60 agents, increasing in number recently. Agents allow to circumvent performance issues. Aside of that the number of reports is increasing as new Business Units are adopting Fusion.
An OTBI subject area should allow us to report on the agents, report name, folder location, when scheduled, by whom subscribed, priority, created_by, . This gives us the insight if the offered services are used or if specific agents could be turned off.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
60 agents and growing. Right now each agent needs to be opened one by one to get this information aside of the very cumbersome way to allow copy and paste and access via TABs to this information.
