Ability to Disable XML Download Option By Role

Description (Required):

In BI Publisher, at the Administrative Level, would like to provide these two options:

1) Provide option by role to prevent users from selecting the option to Save Data for Republishing (on the Output Tab) when scheduling a report.

2) Provide option by role to prevent users from downloading the XML data (under Output and Delivery) if generated in a schedule.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

This capability is causing a security vulnerability/risk by allowing individuals to schedule reports with the Save Data for Republishing option checked. They can then download the XML and see data from the data model that they should not see given their level of security access.
