To have Information for Additional Information column when Action Done= Rejected

PLUS Malaysia Berhad requires the information for Additional Information column when using Subject Area= Purchasing Real time.
When a Buyer build an OTBI analysis using Subject Area: Purchasing Real Time to get information for Document History, select all column belongs to Document History to track the Action Done= Rejected and performed by = Internal user (Approver), the Additional Information column is displayed blank even the Additional Information has recorded in PO View document history. Supposedly, the additional information should displayed with correct information whatever available in PO screen.
