Nullable option is available in FAW Semantic Model Extension

We have nullable option available in OAC RPD but I'm unable to find the same option in FAW Semantic Model Extension. Any has came across this scenario ?

This option is available at Data Set Level but we don't have an nullable option available in FAW Semantic Model Extension or at least I am unable to find it.

I agree, nullable option is not available in FAW Semantic Model Extension. The screenshot I provided was from OAC Semantic Model.
