The roles assigned to the users were reviewed and they have the same ones, only some can execute the contract report and others cannot, what could be the cause of this?

The roles assigned to the users were reviewed --> Means did you reviewed the Roles at Fusion end as well as FAW end? Can you confirm.
As per my knowledge, issue should be at Fusion Roles assignment end only ( Also look. Based on that duty/data roles are moved to faw and data will be restricted for the same.
