Agents availability based on "accept/block new work assigments" information on a Subject Area

Hello, we have a new requirement for a report in OTBI which we have doubts about how to do it.

Basically we need to know if an agent has pressed the "Accepting/blocking new work assignment" button from the service landing page or not.

This is because they need to have a table or report that indicates the availability of an agent in real time, that is, if they are accepting new SRs or not.

If they are not accepting SRs, they need to know how long ago they stopped receiving new SRs or how long ago the status button changed for the last time

We was validating in the subject areas but I did not find the value or something similar in any of them, so I need your guidance
