Why Bursting Delivery email's are receiving only few user's why not for Others?

Hi ,

We are seeing some strange issue w.r.t to BIP email Bursting where some users are receiving the emails and few users are not receiving the emails but delivery job history showing successful for all the users. What could be the issue?

Split by/Delivery by is  Person ID - Key

Hi, Which flavor of Publisher you are using, OAC, OAS or Fusion..? Can you please share your sample Bursting query?

Yes , there was a data for the person who did not receive email.
