I would like to understand the steps I must go through after changing any global parameter settings. Also, I need to know whether the changes are applied immediately and do I need to reset the data warehouse before loading data further.

Hi Venkatest, if you are making any change in Pipeline Settings/Parameters that will require data refresh.

If you make any change in Reporting Configurtion there is no need for refresh.

Please always validate changes in TEST before applying in PROD

Hi Venkatesh, any change to reporting parameters which include global parameter such as enterprise calendar are applied immediately to the DV/UI you need to logout and login there could be some cache reset delays BUT there is no need to do data refresh for reporting parameters change.
