Query to get tax reporting code in customer's site

Hello community
I need help with a query to get the tax reporting code, of a particular tax reporting type code ("XX_AR_DESC"), which is assigned on a customer's site (not in the header). The link will start from the customer's party_id and It's in Oracle Fusion ERP.
