I need help to identify a measure or a field calculation that uses both Active and LOA assignment statuses for period headcount.
The columns being used are: Team Member ID, Voluntary Termination Headcount, Involuntary Termination Headcount, Calendar Year.

Hi @Mykol Sutton which subject area are you using for this? You can actually use the headcount column and filter it by respective assignment status type along with the month column, it will give you end of the mpnth headcount value. for ex: Filter(Headcount USING Assignment Status Type IN (Active, LOA))
