Unable to customize Tool tip for Oracle Dashboard Icons

Details:

We are currently having multiple reports distributed across various dashboards. User ends up clicking on all/most of the Dashboard icons in order to open the required report from the dashboard.

Currently the Tool tip displays the Dashboard name, when the user hovers over each of the Dashboard icon. 

We would need to customize the Tool tip on these Dashboard icons, to display the report names available on the respective Dashboard separated by a delimiter. 

Business Need:

When the user hovers over the Dashboard Icon, tool tip in Oracle to display the report names available on the respective Dashboard(delimiter separator). 

This will help the user to understand the reports available on the respective dashboards and also guide users to access these reports quickly.
