How to convert PO ordered amount in USD (Conversion type as SPOT)

We are creating an analysis using 'Procurement-Procure to Pay Real Time' where we need to convert and display PO amount in USD.

Using the conversion tyoe as SPOT. I couldn't see the rate type and rate columns available in the subject area giving the data what we are looking.

Please let us know how to convert PO Ordered amount to USD
