FAW integration for external sources

Question

We are looking for available options to integrate external source files into Oracle FAW. To achieve the data load into the custom schema in ADW, what are the options available. eg. REST API from an ETL tool or ability for ADW to read external files or connect to ADW from the ETL tool.

Hi Seema, Apologies for the delayed response.

We have many connectors in FAW which can be used, you can also use OCI Data Flows and ODI etc Custom ETL tools to load data into FAW custom schema.

Data augmentation enables you to augment the data you bring from Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and other sources that you can connect to using the Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse connectors. Following FAW documentation has more details on Data Augmentation

Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse can connect to other pre-validated data sources such as Oracle Object Storage, cloud applications such as Google Analytics, and on-premises applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite. You'll need to create a data connection type before you create a data connection using that type.
