How to grant full access to user to view ERP data

Question

We have a ask from client to check if there is any group which can bypass the Data Security Assignments . For instance we have an user who works in Finance area (i.e. Accounts Payable),we have 190+ AP Bu's.

Is there any group which can bypass the data security assignments and enables user to view data for all BU's . At present we are mapping below groups

FAW Licensed ERP Authors

Employee

Financial Analyst

FAW Modeler Administrator.

We haven't mapped any Data Security Assignments to the user. User is not able to see any data in the Reports/Dashboards.

Please let us know if there is any group/ please let us know if there is any way to map the 190+ AP Bu's in a single go?

Hi Naresh, you can assign BU's access by Country for Accounts Payable Manager role in FAW.

hi Rajesh,

Thanks for the reply.  is there any other group apart from FAW Service Administrator. Because this group has got most of the privileges which we don't to give for users belonging to one Department ( i.e., they need only view access)
