OTBI equivalent subject area in FAW

In FAW not able to identify equivalent subject area for OTBI :
a) Budgetary Control
b) Projects - Grant Management - Award Funding Real Time
I have 2 queries with respect to same
1) These SA exist in FAW if so what is equivalent name in FAW
2) If we need to create to create reports on these subject area in FAW how we can create if these SA not available in FAW
