In Oracle HCM cloud I want to delegate the line manager role for my assistant to add absence

Question

In Oracle HCM cloud I want to delegate the line manager role for my assistant to add absence to my team

i have done it from Me tab go to delegation role and choose the role and the person

but when i open the assistant account i found the role has been added but under my team tab there is nothing none of my team members appears .
