Bi Publisher properties window is not visible while creating Offer letter templates

HI Team,

I am facing an issue while creating the RTF template using BI Publisher to support offer letter templates. When I try to edit the existing offer letter templates for the first time, the properties window will display all the tag details. As soon as I save the file, the properties window is no longer visible to make any updates.

Has anyone faced a similar issue and how to resolve the issue?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
