RTF Template return incorrect report output.

Hi, I have this custom RTF template. I am having an issue when I run it in the actual report (.xdo object) in the BI PUB/Analytics but its working fine when doing the testing.

To give more context, I have this XML data and when I load it in the RTF template and test run it (excel.xlsx output). Its returning the expected result/design, however, when I upload the RTF template in the actual report and run it, it's not returning the expected result/design.

The expected result is that in the report it has 2 different sheets/tab + parameter when selecting a certain parameter.

Note: I used the same parameter in the XML data and running the actual report
