Conversion rate and Conversion date not populating - Budgetary Control - Transactions Real Time

I am trying to create a analysis using 'Budgetary Control - Transactions Real Time' subject area.
Where I suppose to display transaction conversion rate and conversion date. I found these fields are available under 'Budgetary Control Transaction Details' Folder in the same subject area.
But values are populating for these columns. I can see the conversion rate and conversion date values are available under Review Budgetary Control Transactions screen
