General Guidance regarding GLOBAL_PERSON_PVO

Good morning,

Our Data and Analytics team has hooked up to BICC using a FiveTran connector. The PVO they are connected to is the GLOBAL_PERSON_PVO one. They are interested in grabbing demographic information regarding our employees. This PVO however only seems to contain the latest information about each person. Is there a way to get historical data using this PVO? Maybe a different PVO has this data? Or maybe a query parameter or keyword to use? I am completely new to all things regarding BICC, so have no idea how to direct them.
