What is the meaning of Limited Availability (LA), Generally Available and ERs versions?

In release notes Limited Availability (LA), Generally Available and ERs are mentioned.

E.g. for Configurable Account Analysis (AAC), a cross finance self-service advanced capability in Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse

    Hi Roelof,

    Limited Availability (LA) are managed features you need to log a SR to request any LA feature which will be reeviewed by PM for approval. GA and Preview features can be self enabled in FAW Console.

    Configurable Account Analysis (CAA) is a General Available(GA) feature now which you can self-enable.
