Limited Availability (LA) are managed features you need to log a SR to request any LA feature which will be reeviewed by PM for approval. GA and Preview features can be self enabled in FAW Console.
Configurable Account Analysis (CAA) is a General Available(GA) feature now which you can self-enable.
