Filters on the report and columns

Hi ,

I have requirement where in i need to filter all the report columns except one. for now, i have removed the report level filters and made them at the column level. This is a union report and the performance became very slow as we are also using on the fly calcualtions using the presentation variables.

is there any other way/design to achive this. all report same filters expect for one.
