Seeded Report showing the details of BI Publisher Report Job Details

Since customers do not have access to the XMLP scheduled jobs DB table, Is it possible to get a seeded BIP report which shows all the details of the scheduled report jobs like job name, report path, owner, parameters used, status, error details if any, start and end date/time, Runtime etc.
