Do we have report which gives user is present in which approval workflows

Suppose any employee leaves the organization , then we need to replace him by another user. Hence we want a report which can give details of workflow and we can go ahead and make necessary changes.

Example : We submit report for User A and output shows us that user is present in approval for GL ,PO etc

We have several clients who are requesting this report now. Please let me know how others are managing it

    I would also be interested in a similar report. This was one of the first results returned from my google search. Will continue my search for now.
