As of Period for Project Cross Subject Area

It would be helpful if we can add a filter appropriately for as of period.

We can add multiple periods, filter on accounting date, but not the accounting period.

I want to add a filter as of accounting period and list project number, cost and revenue measures.

I would like this to perform well too, as adding date filters severely slow down output.
