How to get name of the person who approved the pending transactions in otbi analysis

Question

I have tried using HCM - Transaction Administration Real Time and and HCM - Approval Notification Archive Real Time, i was able to get details of person who submitted the transaction but when approval name and his user name is blank even though that particular transaction is approved.
