Check this posting which might help you on Worker - Current and Previous Jobs, but the below given post is not using the subject area "Human Capital Management - Transaction Administration Real Time".

Thank you for the response.
Yes by using the method you mentioned i was able to retrieve the approved records, but my ask was to get both approved and pending transaction details which we have submitted.
