Merged Cell in Excel Template of BIP Report

Hi All,

How do I generate the report shown below? I wish to merge common text in "Organization" and generate report like below. Please provide pointers to any link for reference. Thank U.

@Abhilash K - Deloitte USI thanks but this is not helpful coz I watched this.. I will try to generate Pivot table once I create normal table in Excel.
