Please could someone point me in the direction of the Reports to Analytics/BI conversion assistant

Question

The Oracle documentation says this is located in http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi-publisher/downloads/index.html

but I cannot find it here, the most recent version of analytics download has 4 V* zip files but I cannot find the OR2BIPConvAssist.zip file.

Any help or advice gratefully received
