Compare two fields from different Subject Areas in OTBI
I have written an OTBI analysis containing several fields however I am having an issue when I create a field with a Case statement to compare the below fields.
Subject Area: Person Real Time:
· "Person Address"."Region2"
· "Person Legislative Information"."PER_PERSON_LEGISLATIVE_DFF_PAYROLL__TAX__STATE_"
Subject Area: Worker Assignment Real Time:
· "Location"."Region 2"
When I compare "Person Address"."Region2" AND "Person Legislative Information"."PER_PERSON_LEGISLATIVE_DFF_PAYROLL__TAX__STATE_" formula works as expected and returns ‘Match’ and ‘No Match’.
However when I create a field and try to compare either "Person Address"."Region2" AND "Person Legislative Information"."PER_PERSON_LEGISLATIVE_DFF_PAYROLL__TAX__STATE_" with "Location"."Region 2" No data is returned in the fields (Home VS Work State and Work VS Payroll Tax State).
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Scott

Do you have any matching dimensions between the two subject areas to enable them to connect
