Hi @Zuhair Amjad ,
You should use the archive/unarchive features instead of downloading/uploading the folder.

Hi @Zuhair Amjad ,
Which URLs are you using to access OBIEE and OAS?
hostname:port/analytics or hostname:port/xmlpserver ?
If you are accessing through xmlpserver, then upload/download are expected to work. Otherwise, you should use archive/unarchive.

Could you please share the full product name and version you are using?
Oracle Analytics? What version? OBIEE? What version? Publisher? What version?
And are you migrating from a version to another by exporting on one side and uploading on the other side?
Well, share more details about what you are trying to do, where and how.

Consolidated synthesis:
1.) From your screenshot you're not using OBIEE but BI Publisher in your old world. Precise product names and precise versions are key to understanding what you are trying to do
2.) Downloading an xdrz isn't the same as archiving an object or a folder.
3.) xdrzs are uploaded to the /xmlpserver rather than unarchived into /analytics: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E89525_01/html/BIP_Installation_Guide/Importing_BIP.htm
As you can see in this screenshot you will "Upload" and not "Unarchive" an xdrz

.xdrz files is the format you get from Publisher when you export a folder, you should upload it via Publisher.
Are you trying to migrate just Publisher reports? Or are you trying to make a full migration of a full OBIEE 11.1.1.7 to OAS 2023?
Because it isn't really as simple as getting a file on the left and uploading it on the right...
