Our business have a Holiday Purchase Plan Report - which is in the Absence Real Time in OTBI using the Absence Plan. However when using this, there seems to be a significant amount of employees who have the plan in HCM not showing in this report? Is there any reason why employees would not pull through? Is there a process to run? I assumed as it was Real Time subject area this should show.
I've recreated the report in a more basic way in OTBI to see whether it's something with our current report but the same results are showing, and missing a significant amount of employees.
I have added a text file which has the XML of the basic OTBI created. Thank you, any advice would be helpful.
