How to show average time taken by approver to approve POs

Hello,

We want to analyze how much time approver takes to Approve POs which will help to improve overall cycle time.

In the Standard dashboard of Procurement, PO Open Cycle Time analysis provides the avg time taken to approve the POs. It would be beneficial if drill is available to check who takes the highest time to approve.

Hi Rajesh,

Thank you for the response. We will build the custom OAC report and would like to understand which fields should be used as I could not find any field related to approvers and time taken by them to approve the PO.

let me know if any such field available in OAC and if not what can be done to build such analysis in OAC.
