How to apply GL SVS rules in custom BIP report on GL_BUDGET_BALANCES table

Question

Hi,

We have requirement to apply GL SVS rules on custom BIP report having GL_BUDGET_BALANCES table.

We followed instructions provided by oracle document (provides example of GL_CODE_COMBINATION table) to apply SVS .

But it is not working for GL_BUDGET_BALANCES.

Could you please help to resolve issue or provide any alternate solution to apply SVS on GL_BUDGET_BALANCES table.
