Frequent Data Refresh configuration questions

What is the interaction between "start time" and "Refresh frequency" ?

Start time only allows values between 1 and 12, is it not possible to set a start time in PM ?

If we wanted to refresh every 3 hours starting form 1pm , how could this be configured?

Refer below documentation for more details -

Schedule Frequent Refreshes of Data (oracle.com)

You need to enter Start time between 1-12 GMT time zone. If you want to schedule 13 pm means --> You can enter the 1 PM

Just noticed that you can actually type "PM" in the box, it looked like a number only box based on the dropdown values
