Hide or make null a value in pivot table

Question

Hi all, I am building a pivot table as per the above and as you can see the total shows a value of less than 10 which is contrary to our policies. How do I make the row and total show null or have 'Less Than 10' instead please? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated please.

Also, To try hide the column please try the below

Edit the Pivot table view—>Click on Column Properties—>Hide the column as per your requirement.
