In the report execution schedule there is execution, daily, monthly, every time, can I somehow specify that my report should be executed from the 1st to the 10th of every month?

Below are the available options.
For your case you need to use the Daily and set the schedule every month from 1-10th.No Dynamic selection option is available .
You can also explore the web services - If you want to call from any external job scheduler.
