Cannot open or schedule a custom report. An error occurred while processing your request.
Receive error message after 10 minutes when opening the report or scheduling it, even the parameter is not visible.

Please, can you provide more context about your question? What product are you using? What version? What scheduler is this? Is it the BI Publisher scheduler?
You may need to look at the logs to get more details on the error.

Yes it is BI Publisher scheduler, BTW it is working now. I noticed when i revisit the sql, one of the table used was PAY_RANGE_ITEMS_F, i changed it to PAY_RANGE_INST_V and it works.

I am also experiencing this with a HCM BIP Report. Could this be an issue with SQL with a table being used?

This issue happens when a user has data security that is not View All but with some type of exclusion. I am wondering if this is linked to secured list views. Any suggestions are appreciated.
