How to source: Profile Item Id in OTBI to populate spreadsheet loader

I'm trying to build a spreadsheet loader to load license and certifications specifically Responsible Manager which sits in Responsible Person Region in Skills and Qualifications screen.

I manage to build most of it only the spreadsheet loader doesnt seem to like the Profile Item ID I specify (and this field in the loader is a free text field)

I have tried a combination of different IDs but have not had luck, I tried to create an OTBI Analysis to pull what I thought was the Profile Item ID (no luck), and I tried manually adding in a responsible person entry into 2 records and pulled their data into this analysis and it looks like the Profile Item ID changes between records. Seems like I am unable to retrieve the Profile Item ID without manually keying it into an employee record first

Any help would be amazing to be able to find what the Profile Item ID should be (where to find it/pull from/or the logic behind how its generated), or if anyone can share a sample report that produces this
