Create a new branch not enabled

Hello guys, I was wondering how it's possible to activate the create a new branch button in production environment?

I'm not able to create a new subject area because the button is not active, I'm an administrator of the tool.

Is this a Production Instance? In Prod, all create operations are disabled. All development has to be done in non-prod then migrated to prod using T2P or bundles. This is by design

Hi Jose,

Production environment won't allow the option to crate an branch. You need to do everything in lower environment (For example - dev or test) and then publish the same to prod environment.
