Line Manager Email notification with their Employees Due and OverDue Trainings

We have the OTBI report that sends an email to line managers with their direct reports due and overdue trainings via agents. And, we have recently found that, there is a line manager who has 64 direct reports and the report is failing to send the email to this specific line manager.

Has anyone experienced this issue and appreciate response.

Hello Ramzzz,

The error you are getting is due to the fact that the report is exceeding the maximum allowed result set.

Please add more filters to limit the result set.
