Voluntary Retention field in FAW

Hi,
I was just wondering what the calculation was for the Voluntary Retention field in FAW. It can be found under HCM - Workforce Core → Workforce Headcount Facts → Facts - Workforce Headcount. The description says "Percentage of voluntary retention of workers".
In one of the Oracle provided reports, Team Effectiveness, the number seems to either be at 100 or no value depending on the manager row.

Thank you for visiting and posting in Fusion Analytics Warehouse(FAW) Product Community Page.
Create a new workbook and just select Retention Voluntary and share what is the value you see.
Also make sure Refresh Manager Hierarchy process has been run correctly. Follow the below blog section : Refresh Manager Hierarchy
