in Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics

HI everyone

I am new to Communities and am trying to get to HCM REport Sharing Centre.

I saw this feature on an HCM Analytics youtube video however I don't see the link on the Communities link like in the video.

In my Communities link, all I have are Forums.

Any ideas?
