BI Publisher - Word Preview error/failed

I am getting an error when trying to preview a document.

Hi @Andres Munoz

Did you validated your template before previewing the same? If not, Use the Validate template function and correct any syntax errors.

If no Errors, Please change the java version and validate again?

Yes, the template works fine and I downloaded the latest version of Java, and restarted my pc but it is not working.

What is your JAVA version? Please downgrade your java version and then try again

I have Version 8 update 401.

Which version do you recommend? I had BI publisher in another machine and it was not giving me this issue.
Do you know what else it could be?

Can you confirm your other system JAVA version? where its working fine with out any issue.
