Is Oracle Analytics Publisher Desktop free to use for EBS customers?

We are using Oracle E-business Suite version 12.2.17 and would like confirmation that we can download Oracle Analytics Publisher desktop without there being any licensing implications. From MOS documents we believe this to be the case but would like it confirmed. Thank you!

No Separate Licensing is required as is an desktop client tool. However Please contact your Oracle Sales Rep for licensing questions.
