How to Join DOO_HEADERS_ALL table with PO_HEADERS_ALL or PO_LINES_ALL table?

I need Order number from DOO_headers_all, then item description from PO_LINES_ALL, also I need receipt_number and invoice number.
HEADER_ID is not matching with PO_HEADER_ID or SEGMENT1.
