After 24A upgrade, Existing SFTP connection not working.

After 24A Upgrade, existing SFTP connection which we are using for placing the files for the interfaces is not working. When we searched it, our live instance upgraded to GEN2 and IP whitelisting have to be happen.

When we raised SR, They are giving series of IP's but we are not getting permission to do whitelist for series of IP's. How to find the exact IP that linked with our live instance. Can anybody help?
